Introducing our Classic Texts Workshop, specifically designed for students and adults hoping to learn more about a classic text or period. We will be running sessions throughout the year which will be held in our Reading Rooms. Pen and paper will be provided and tea and coffee are included in the price of your ticket.

During this workshop, we will be undertaking an introduction to the Romantics! Most students will study these texts at some point in their course, and the tropes and styles associated appear across many books, films, and television shows.

We will be looking at extracts from Pride and Prejudice, Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre, and Little Women.

This workshop is perfect as an introduction to the genre, an opportunity to discuss your ideas, and ask questions we can talk about as a group.

The entire workshop should last 50-60 minutes and is suitable for students and adults aged 15+ years.
