RETURNS POLICY

We allow 14 Days to exchange with a receipt. We require a receipt when requesting an exchange or refund and all items must be in good condition to ensure they can be resold. If you do not have your receipt we are unable to exchange or offer any refunds for any items bought.

Festive Season Returns Policy~

All purchases made from October 17th can be returned or exchanged until January 17th with a receipt. All items must be in good condition to ensure they can be resold. If you do not have your receipt we are unable to exchange or offer any refunds for any items bought.

Event Return Policy~

You can get a refund 28 days prior to the event taking place. We may consider refunding tickets after this time, but it is unlikely we will do so unless the event is sold out. You may transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to use it, but we recommend that you let us know so that we can update our attendee list on the door.
