In Conversation with Beth Morrey

  • Books on the Hill 1 Holywell Hill St Albans, England, AL1 1ER United Kingdom (map)

Join us on Friday 5th March at 7pm on Zoom where we will be talking to Beth Morrey all about her book 'Saving Missy', how she found the writing process, her inspiration for the book and much more.

About the book:

"Seventy-nine is too late for a second chance. Isn't it? Missy Carmichael is prickly, stubborn - and terribly lonely. Until a chance encounter in the park with two very different women opens the door to something new. Something wonderful. Missy was used to her small, solitary existence, listening to her footsteps echoing around the empty house, the tick-tick-tick of the watching clock. After all, she had made her life her way. Now another life is beckoning to Missy - if she's brave enough..."

If you have any questions you would like to ask Beth please email them to antonia@books-on-the-hill.co.uk prior to the event as there will be a small amount of time saved for some extra questions.
