Are you a writer or hoping to be and wish to share your work? Then why not join us at the bookshop where we will be hosting an Open Mic Night for you to share your work in a safe and comfortable environment. You can also join us as an attendee and become inspired by the works shared on the evening*.

The night will consist of writers sharing their work with the room, this can be anything from stories (both fiction and non-fiction), poetry, or screenplays. Speakers are given 5-10 minute slots to read their work- this can include multiple pieces.

This event is suitable for ages 16+.

Tea, coffee, or a glass of fizz will be available on the night. To reserve your place please book your ticket/s here.

*If we don’t have enough speakers on the evening, there will be extra time given for everyone to browse the shop floor at your leisure.
