Come and join us for a nature writing workshop which will focus on wellbeing. As the days are getting longer (and warmer) it is the perfect excuse to spend more time outside, watching wildlife, and incorporate nature journalling into habits that can help our health.
In this workshop you can expect to:
Explore different types of nature writing celebrating a range of flora and fauna.
Understand how nature journalling can positively impact your wellbeing.
Hear examples of nature writing from a variety of authors.
Try some creative writing exercises for yourself.
