About Kris~
“Having become interested in geophysics during my undergraduate degree, I returned to the subject in the early 2000s, and it has subsequently become a major focus of my research. With the Community Archaeology Geophysics Group I have worked on 33 sites in the region between 2013 and 2019 using magnetometry, Earth Resistance Survey, GPR and Resistivity pseudo-sections. These include a major new survey of the Roman city of Verulamium. The Verulamium survey now consists of 1km2 of magnetometry survey as well as extensive areas of GPR and Earth Resistance survey. The project won the prize for poster poster at the ISAP conference in December 2018. I have also undertaken surveys in Poland, Romania, Iraq, Italy and the US.” - UCL
