Join Maria for a storytelling yoga class, where we will use yoga poses to help a golden eagle, a flying horse, or a dragon on a special adventure where you choose what happens!

Based on Once Upon a Time, You... a yoga adventure where you choose what happens! by Maria Oliver.

This event is suitable for families with children aged 3 to 12 years. We will meet at the bookshop and walk across to Verulam Park but if on the day the weather is not suitable we will be holding the Yoga inside the shop.

We have two time slots available for this event with our first slot taking place from 10:30 am to 11:00 am and our last slots running 12pm to 12:30pm. Each ticket allows entry for one child and one adult.
